All of our genetics are verified clean. Every mother plant is tested for Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd), Fusarium and powdery mildew. By starting with pathogen-free stock, you reduce risks and increase the success of your garden. See our HLVd test results.

Many clone providers do not test for viroids or pathogens, and some operate out of greenhouses where environmental controls are inconsistent. At The Clone Foundry, every plant is rooted from carefully cleaned mother stock inside a controlled indoor facility, never a greenhouse. This keeps our clones free of pests, mold and pathogens that often spread in less controlled environments.

Indoor-grown clones have big advantages over greenhouse stock. Greenhouses expose plants to fluctuating humidity, unfiltered air and higher risks of pests, mold and cross-contamination. Our indoor propagation rooms are climate-controlled and biosecure, with filtered airflow, sterilized tools and strict sanitation. This creates consistent plant health and stable genetics for stronger harvests.

We follow strict biosecurity protocols, including tissue culture cleaning and regular lab testing. Unlike suppliers who skip these steps or rely on greenhouse stock, we only propagate in an indoor controlled facility with filtered air, sterilized equipment and strict sanitation protocols. This is how we guarantee clones that are clean and consistent.

No. All of our clones are produced indoors under controlled, sterile conditions. We do not use greenhouses because of the higher risk of pests and pathogens.

Yes. Each clone comes labeled with its strain name. Breeder cuts and in-house selections include verified lineage so you know exactly what you're growing.

Our clones are shipped in either rockwool pellets or 3.5-inch coco pots, depending on strain availability and your order. Both options provide strong, established root systems that transplant easily into soil, coco or hydroponic setups.

Unpack them immediately, place them under gentle light and check moisture levels. Transplant into your chosen medium within 24 hours for the best results.

Open the package immediately and place your clones under gentle light. If they are in rockwool pellets, transplant them directly into your grow medium, keeping the pellet moist but not waterlogged. If they are in coco pots, plant them pot and all into your soil, coco or hydro setup. Water lightly and let the roots establish before introducing higher light intensity or stronger nutrient solutions.

Clones thrive indoors at 72–78°F with moderate humidity. Avoid stressing them with strong light or heavy nutrients until roots are fully established.

Water lightly to keep the coco pot or rockwool pellet moist, but never saturated. Overwatering at this stage can cause root stress.

Yes. Our clones are strong, rooted and forgiving for new growers. We provide care tips so even first-time cultivators can succeed.

Live plants cannot be returned. However, if there is an issue on arrival, such as shipping damage or plants not meeting our quality standards, contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We'll work quickly to resolve the problem.
