The Clone Foundry – Shipping Policy

At The Clone Foundry, we take great care to ensure your plants arrive healthy, safe, and ready to grow. Because we ship live cannabis genetics, we follow a strict shipping schedule, use protective packaging, and provide express delivery options to safeguard your order.
Shipping Schedule
All live plant orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday mornings only. To protect your clones from weekend delays, we never ship late in the week. Any order received after 12 PM on Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. All live plant shipments use overnight or one-day transit to minimize stress and ensure strong arrival.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within twenty-four to forty-eight hours once shipping resumes on Monday through Wednesday. Customers receive a tracking number as soon as their order ships so they can monitor delivery in real time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging, and delivery destination. Because these are live plants, all clone shipments require express service to guarantee safe and timely arrival.
Packaging and Care
Every plant is packaged with care to protect it throughout transit. Insulation and moisture-control methods are added when necessary to safeguard plants against temperature shifts or weather conditions. Packaging is discreet, smell-proof, and secure to protect both your order and your privacy.
Delays and Liability
Once plants are shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. While we make every effort to ensure safe arrival, The Clone Foundry is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If there is any issue with your order upon arrival, you must follow our Replacement Policy by sending clear photos to 774-635-9258 within twenty-four hours of delivery.
Non-Plant Merchandise
Non-living products such as apparel, accessories, and other merchandise ship Monday through Friday. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
