The Clone Foundry – Shipping & Return Policy

At The Clone Foundry, our mission is to get you the healthiest, happiest plants possible. Because we’re dealing with living genetics, we’ve set up some simple shipping and replacement guidelines to make sure your order arrives safely and stress-free.

 

Shipping Policy

  • We Ship Monday Through Wednesday Morning Only
    Live plants are sensitive! To avoid plants sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, we only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning.
  • Order Timing
    Any order placed from Wednesday afternoon through Sunday will automatically ship the following Monday–Wednesday.
  • Fast, Safe Delivery
    All live plants ship using overnight or one-day shipping. This way, they spend the least amount of time in transit and arrive ready to thrive.
  • Delays
    Sometimes weather or shipping carriers cause delays beyond our control. We always pack plants with care, but please understand we can’t guarantee delivery times once packages are in the carrier’s hands.

 

Return & Replacement Policy

  • No Returns on Live Plants
    Because clones are living and perishable, we can’t accept returns. Once a plant leaves our care, it can’t safely come back.
  • Our Replacement Promise
    If your plants don’t arrive in good shape, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
    • Simply send us clear pictures within 24 hours of delivery to The Clone Foundry phone number.
    • Once we verify the issue, we’ll be happy to send you replacement plants at no extra cost.
  • Non-Plant Items
    For items like merchandise or accessories, we accept returns within 14 days if they’re unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We want your clones to find their way home on the very first try.
  • By ordering, you’re agreeing to these terms and acknowledging that shipping live plants requires a little extra care.
